Circuit Training

Circuit Training is short bursts of resistance exercise using moderate weights and frequent repetitions, followed quickly by another burst of exercise targeting a different muscle group.

The classes also involve kettle bells into the workout, which brings your cardio, resistance and flexibility training done in one hit. Benefits of the classes are fat loss and toning, conditioning, endurance, increase strength and muscular endurance.
